At Koko, you never have to go it alone. Your Smartraining workouts are completely guided, telling you exactly how much weight to lift, how many reps to perform, and how slow to lift each rep. Our coaches are always there to offer you form tips and motivation to stay on track to reach your fitness goals.
We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your body will thank you with improved energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing.
Of course exercise is not the only way to improve our health. What we eat determines 80%, while exercise is 20% of our fitness. At Koko we understand that you cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Our coaches help members with meal planning and food journaling, which keeps us on track and making progress.
