WHAT IS THE KOKO DIFFERENCE?

The Koko Smartrainer Station is the first full-body strength training machine to harness the power of digital technology;

we maximize your time by creating a cardio and strength training workout that is completed in 45 minutes or less.

  • All machines are 6' apart and cardio areas are spaced for social distancing.

  • Koko Strength Training: Total-body, progressive-circuit training performed on the patented Koko Smartrainer.

  • Koko Cardio: Guided treadmills and elliptical trainers with audio coaching.

  • Koko Metabolic Boost: Small group classes that work to increase your heart rate and burn calories guided by a Koko FitCoach.

At Koko, you never have to go it alone. Your Smartraining workouts are completely guided, telling you exactly how much weight to lift, how many reps to perform, and how slow to lift each rep. Our coaches are always there to offer you form tips and motivation to stay on track to reach your fitness goals.

We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. MEAL PLANNING

Of course exercise is not the only way to improve our health. What we eat determines 80%, while exercise is 20% of our fitness. At Koko we understand that you cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Our coaches help members with meal planning and food journaling, which keeps us on track and making progress.
